Incident Detected by Monitoring System

Your monitoring system (like Prometheus, Datadog, UptimeRobot, etc.) detects an incident and triggers a webhook to OncallNow.

Escalation Call Workflow

OncallNow immediately calls the first oncall contact. If they don’t acknowledge, the call escalates to the next person, and so on.

Human Acknowledgment Required

The incident is only considered handled when a team member answers and acknowledges the call by pressing a key. No response? Escalation continues.

Full Audit Trail

Every call, acknowledgment, and escalation is logged in your dashboard. Review, export, and prove your team never misses a critical alert.
